Hi everyone,
I’m a year on from a Radical Prostatectomy, initial recovery was good but now I ache throughout my body. Also now diagnosed with Peyronie’s disease which is really debilitating and quite depressing. Has anyone had treatment for this disease? Any advice or useful tips before I end up back in the operating theatre.
Hi Jonno, I was diagnosed with peyronie's disease and yep your right its debilitating and very depressing I decided in the end to have the operation to correct the curviture in my penus ,which wasn,t that pain full however it does shorten the penus by 5cm ,Was it worth it mmmmm not sure .
If you want to ask anything about procedure ask away
Clive
Hi Clive,
thanks for your reply about Peyronie’s. Did you have implants fitted at the time of the operation? My surgeon talking about this as an option. I must admit mine is quite bad and maybe that’s the answer. I was hoping after the open surgery I wouldn’t need another operation.
I’m grateful I’m in remission, must look on the bright side of life!
