Hi Ulls & Donchadh, thanks for your welcome. I had my last Cystoscopy in February 2022, which was all  clear the Consultant prescribed Tramsulosin 400 mg, Solifenacin 5mg and Finasteride 5mg. This following a urine flow test, and he noticed some enlargement of the prostrate after the Cystoscopy. I had a telephone update with him June 2022  he was asking how the urine flow was and about leakage, I said there had been a big improvement in both, so we agreed he would call me in for further tests and a face to face in November 2022.                                                                        So as previously advised I don't have any questions  at the moment but may find it useful in the future.

Hi Billo, I'm on Tramsulosin and Finasteride for urine flow, the lack of flow is what sent me to the GP in the first place, much better now.

That's good you got the all clear and the medication is hopefully doing its job. Fortunately I don't have problems with urine flow and leakage. Wake up most nights needing to go but that's about it.
