Hi - had biopsy after 5 years from being treated for localised prostate cancer. Biopsy agreed as psa went from 0.57 following treatment to 4.14 last month. But biggest rise was my PSA Density is now 0.25. I only have a small prostate. Waiting for results in 2 weeks but wondered if anybody been in similar situation with high PSAD and been diagnosed with recurrent cancer
