Hi all.

I was diagnosed in March and started HT immediately. Initially I was told I had T3b as it was outside the prostate in a 'couple' of lymph nodes. My PSA was 229 at the time. I have since seen an oncologist after an MRI, CT, Bone scan and biopsy and been told I'm T4 with nodules in my lungs and additional para aortic lymph nodes and a Gleason of 4 + 5. = 9. HT will continue for the rest of my life and I begin Chemo this Wednesday.

Has anyone a similar story and how did you get on with the chemo?

  • Hi

chemo affects everybody differently, some hardly any reactions, me I’m a side effects joy if it’s on the leaflet I get it. Apart from the lungs and a lot higher PSA we’re the same, check out my profile.
If you need more info just ask.

    Stay safe
