Hi , I’m new to this forum but I’m a member of a blood cancer forum too (unfortunately). My lovely 79 year old dad has just been told his prostate cancer has spread to his spine. I’m looking for some honest advice as to what we can expect.
Sorry to hear that Clarke, I have tumours in my spine and pelvis from prostate primary, my story of treatments is on my profile. Although I am younger than your dad it may be of interest. Take care and I wish your dad all the best.
Regards
Paul

With the treatments around now if his cancer responds to them he'll hopefully do well on them. They all have unwanted side effects but it's better than the alternative, stay strong and positive mate, it's half the battle
Regards
Paul
