My PSA was 79.39 but bone scan came back clear so I wouldn’t worry about it. 
Have you had an MRI scan yet?

• No, it's  very early days. The gp and urology people were keen to reassure  me that I was in the system before everything closed for Christmas. Thanks for sharing your experience.

No, it doesn't.

PSA is a notoriously unreliable measure: you don't say what your score is, but above 20 certainly means it needs investigating, and, really, that's all it means. Bone scans and other investigations are much more reliable ways of knowing what's going on, and my guess is that you will be offered other investigations too, as a negative bone scan  - which would be good, of course - doesn't give you an all clear.
