  • Hi

Not the best of news to be told about your husband, it’s like being hit by a train for you both, hormone therapy is always the first start to his treatment, bringing down his PSA and fighting the PC at the same time.
Have they mentioned what type of treatment will be on offer for him, there are now many out there, chemotherapy being the most aggressive, then there’s different types of tablets plus radiotherapy, he might not be curable but there’s plenty of medication that can be given to help him for many years, in my case five and a half and still fighting, so keep on the positive side, there will be good and bad days but doing what you normally do helps keep your mind from wandering.

    Stay safe
