Let's keep this as light hearted as possible. Yes I put my will in order and sorted out ownership of the house. I have been reading another post and the comment was "awe **** it, I am buying a new car" and proceeded to buy what he had always wanted.
I have just been asked by my wife what do I want to do next?
Last year I did the Safari, which had always been on my wife's list and then Paris Disney with two of my grandchildren.
What have you done or plan to do?
1) Replaced the car with one I’d been looking at for years.
2) Had a flight in a WW2 aircraft my dad flew (sadly not a Spitfire). Again been thinking about it for years.
3) Cleared out a collection of hobby stuff I’d been amassing since my teens, which was going to occupy me restoring it when I retired. It never did.
4) Book 10-day holidays, not 7.
5) Children look away… Hug and kiss my wife a lot more when she’s least expecting it..!
