Feel so let down now cancelled my appointment nov then april now august wanted to discuss focal therapy was 3+3 now 3+4 been told they have put me on 4monthly bloods instead of 3 months it seems they are waiting for it to pop out surely prevention is better asked who specialist is no reply rant over just feel so down

Your treatment (or lack of it) by the NHS is shabby to say the least.
I think your next action is to call and see PALS (Patient Advisory and Liaison Service) at your hospital. Tell them the full story, your previous cancer, this cancer and how it's gone from a Gleason 6 to a 7. Tell them you have anxiety and you need a face to face appointment with a Consultant.
If they can't or won't help you then the next step is a formal Complaint to your hospital NHS Trust.
