I never bothered and have a fine "pair" but I am on enough medication already.

So once they have grown you are stuck with them. The answer is to speak to your GP or Oncology team - the answer is a prescription for Tamoxifen - details here:

I'm taking tamoxifen to control the moobs, I've only started taking it after 2 years of HT, it doesn't remove what is there, but prevents further growth.

Daily press ups or light weights. If you can’t do normal ones, do them on your knees but do them every day, as many as you can and built it up.
