Good morning all, 6 years ago I was diagnosed with Prostrate cancer and have been through probably a similar journey to a number of people here, radiotherapy- chemo and after some positivity last year and earlier this year sadly it appears the cancer is spreading again- my question is since my last meeting I have been experiencing quite a lot of discomfort and pain, in my stomach, lower back especially and both inner muscles of my thighs, is this the cancer or just getting old and muscles do tighten and I have a history of playing sport including golf.

That's a very broad statement to make. My oncology team have a system whereby anyone under their care report any new aches and pains directly to the oncology team They then decide if it's possibly cancer related to test to check and treat as appropriate - if it's not (as in the majority of cases) they send you off to your GP.
Personally I think you should contact your oncology team in the first instance - if they think it's cancer related they will have a look otherwise it's a GP appointment.
