I replied to your post a few days ago and said:
"Treatments for recurrence can deal with the problem for a long time so don't despair just yet. If you an give us more information on the nature of recurrence and proposed treatments that would be useful."
If you can let us have more information in addition to it being in the perineum someone we should be able to comment further.
