Today I completed the Blenheim triathlon, while being on HT!
I used to do these a lot before PC, but wasn't able to do it since starting treatment almost 3 years ago, and really missed it. Now I finished Abiraterone (but still on Orgovyx), energy levels are so much better that I can start doing these events again, what a joy. Also being lapped by Jonny Brownlee is not something you get to experience every day.
Thought I'd post this, to show you can do sporty things while on HT (at least Orgovyx)
My Garmin watch now tells me I need to rest for 3 days
Hope this helps someone

Hi L1m
WELL DONE!!!
That is a great story, and fantastic that you managed it.
I am on Zoladex implant and Darolutamide - so fatigue is a big issue, but I am hitting 12k steps per day at the moment and exercising at home. The more you do the better it is it seems? And the right mindset matters so much.
I am also about to start a tapering off of steroids (prednisolone) following chemo, so it will be interesting to see what if any effects that has....
Enjoy your three days off!!!
All the best
KrisPy
What a fantastic achievement, very well done!
