Has anyone had HIFU, or know much about it?
My cancer has returned to the prostate only according to the PSMA scan. The alternative is prostate surgery after radiotherapy, which I’m told involves brutal side effects.

As far as I am aware you need a referral on the NHS to a "centre of excellence" to get the treatment without having to go private at the moment (I may be wrong, but that's my understanding as it stands).
