Prostate cancer treatment side effects

I've also noticed easy bruising when on abiraterone, my understanding is that it's the steroids taken as a part of the treatment that are causing this. You're 3/4 of the way there, 1/4 to go!

Probably still worth mentioning to your medical team, they can check in a blood test of there are clotting issues.

I didn’t have the problem I was very lucky but I wasn’t in a job where I was used to getting knocked about, I was aged 58 to 60 when I had abiraterone.

Hi. I was 79 when I was diagnosed with prostate cancer Gleason scale 8. I have very good overall health and no major problems with the Abiraterone etc al medication other than extreme tiredness , diy bouts and seemingly peeing battery acid. I'm an active DIYer and regularly look after school age grandchildren . I'm scheduled to finish Abiraterone end October. Thanks for your interest
