I just had my annual PSA test and it came back as 0.2 again. Apart from a blip last year, when it was 0.3, it has now been stable at 0.2 for nearly 5 years. Two more annual tests from the NHS and then they write me off as cured, by which time I'll be 80.

Congratulations on another amazingly low PSA test - long may it continue.
As an aside, here’s our new boy Ryder. He’s a“retired athlete “. We’ve had him now 7 months. He’s 6 and has settled in well.

As an ex Racer he still has a high "prey drive" so we are careful where we let him off. The back garden is big enough for "Zoomies" and we have a Country park within walking distance so if it's quiet there he is "Zooming" there too.
He fine with other dogs but we don't want him catching any little "furies".
We know he's fully settled as he's just started "roaching" but I've not been able to catch him at it yet with my camera!!
When we were looking for a new dog - we took him as he was the dog's home longest resident, having been there almost 2 years - everyone overlooks the black greys for the more colourful ones.
I trust the rowing and swimming is still going well, and you are well yourself.
