I had prostate taken out on 22/5/2022 then 7 weeks radiotherapy in 2023 since then my PSA been none detectable but this year my PSA has now gone up to .128 which is still low but it is now detectable should I be concerned as this might be re occurrence. Has anyone else experienced this .
