Through friends, I was able to get my MRI pushed up to this coming Monday.
I'm happy it is getting done earlier, but I am apprehensive about the results...
Everyone I know is telling me that I should be fine.
After 4 DEs and a ultrasound, in which nothing abnormal was detected, I should be calmer.
But I guess I am the ultimate pessimist...
Just wanted to say 'Thank You' to everyone for their advice and encouraging words.
Very much appreciated
All you need is confidence and support in equal measure. We can give the support but as for the confidence that’s the rub.
When going for any scan or test there’s an element of panic and uncertainty for good reason but unless you look, you won’t find anything. So you’ve got to look.
Good or bad there’s always a medication or therapy that will help you. Let’s be honest, they will find something but that something needed all be bad.
So get up on the day of the scan with the strength of an 18 year old you. On the day you get the results you need to not be alone and take things easy on yourself.
You might find a trip to the DRs is worth a try. There’s many calming pills or sleeping pills to help you with any or all your problems, but first you need to verbalise them to your GP. But after that and before that we are here to hold your hand.
Good luck
Thank You
Your words, as always, are very much appreciated
If we were closer, I'd give you a hug
Thank You
