Enzalutamide and trouble sleeping

Hello

im messaging on behalf of my father

he has been on enzalutamide for 3 years now but is constantly fatigued and has no energy.

he wakes up feeling like he hasn’t slept and wears a watch which tells him he hasn’t had a good quality sleep.

i was just wondering if anyone else feels like this and if anything has helped? It’s really getting him down

my OH has been on HT for past 16 months and his sleep is awful . Our daughter gave him a Fitbit to monitor his sleep pattern .

He gets around 1hour deep sleep a night We spoke to our GP / Oncologist and they both said try slerp

Sorry pressed the button in error . He was told to try Sleepio an app but as he is 73 he isn’t interested in technology . It was hard enough gettjng him to use the Fitbit
