5 months post prostatectomy and develop acute exacerbation of low back pain. Saw GP this morning two palpable lumps on spine t6,t4. Xray booked but 10 day wait for bloods as have holiday booked. Contacted the support team, but I understand why they didn't want to give me any advice in relation to going on holiday, etc. It couldn't have come at a worse time.
Taking into account, my psa level was undetectable 2 months ago. What are the chances at these lumps are anything I should be worrying about?

Hello Alan (Al985)
You know the crack - we aren't medically trained and so we can only go from personal knowledge BUT low initial PSA - low Gleason 7 (3 + 4) therefore I wouldn't have thought it's spread - could it be something else, I don't know.
If I were you - get on holiday forget the issues and come back to sort it out - holidays are great I have just done week 1 of 5 in Turkey and wit a rising PSA - Cancer lives with me so I take it on holiday and work my appointments around it!!
Best wishes - Brian.
