Like many who have troden that well worn path of HT and RT, I have put on a few pounds around my tummy.
Does this normally sort itself out over time, or do I need to take positive steps to get rid of it? Anyone suggest any good diets that might help?
My OH is still on HT and I use a Mediterranean type-diet . More fruit / veg / fish/ chicken. He walks every day am and also does resistance exercises at our local gym . This has bulked up his arms and it’s reducing his tummy
but everything in moderation .
best wishes
Liz & OH xx
Hi Agent99 ,
I'm afraid that the best way to get that weight off is "Smaller Plates"! I had gone up to 86kg when on HT but am now back down to 78kg. That's mostly due to not using any sugar and not eating cakes!
I make my own sourdough bread which I think is also better for you than shop bread, but not everyone has the time or the inclination to do that.
