Try albert&eddie online, it's a comparison site and part of the same group that also owns Holidaysafe and Insurancewith. They use a different question set for medical conditions which is more user friendly than all the rest of the travel onsurance market and are more amenable to providing cover at reasonable terms. If necessary you can 'phone them to get a quote if you're happier doing it that way.

I had chemo last year and am incurable - on indefinite HT and another drug but obtained 12 months worldwide cover for what I considered a reasonable price. Currently on our 4th holiday since early January and planning more for later on.
