Hi all
Yes I am still alive.
After my Heart attack I am now starting rehab... today 4th. I am walking 6 days a week but have been told not to walk as fast as I haave been doing.
But rehab will put me on the right track for that..
The other good news is that my PSA has come down to 3.9 about half to what it was three months ago.
And the Rose with the Name of (Ask Maureen). Has bloomed with a big loverly shocking pink colour bloom which was one of the favorite colours Maureen liked.
I do not chat on here much but I keep an eye on the posts..
Les
Good to hear from you Les and I hope you thrive like 'Ask Maureen'. Active surveillance is working for you so make sure you keep up with the testing. I am sure Maureen is looking down on you but 16 months without her beside you must be difficult. Do as you are told and please keep us updated every so often on how you are.
Big hugs
Cracking post Les and keep up the good work. I am so pleased about Maureen’s rose.
It great to know that you are out and about - keep it going - but not too fast.
Kind regards-Brian.
