I just had my latest annual PSA test result and it has gone up from 0.2 to 0.3. I'm six years post-RT and it's still very low so no worries at the moment. I just need to get on with life until the next test in May 2026!

I don't think that's anything to worry about - it's a small increase but it could be different laboratory testing your sample or knowing you - too much exercise in the 48 hours before the test!!

Good news Seamus47 . Don't forget that if they are only giving results to 1 decimal place then under the rules for statistics the difference could be even lower e.g. 0.24 to 0.25 or higher 0.15 to 0.34 and anywhere in-between. I think it is better to say that you are stable and that the radiotherapy has done its job at killing the cancer.
