Hi all
I'm sure I'm not the only one to come across this, but I'm after travel insurance to cover me as I have stage 4 incurable Prostate cancer.
I keep coming across the same question on multiple sites which is my illness Terminal.
I have had stage 4 for approx 7yrs and am just about to start treatment with Abiraterone.
Does anyone know if it is concidered terminal I may still live for another 5yrs.
Also can anyone recommend a good travel Insurance company for people with pre existing conditions.
Many thanks
Hi Chubby42
my husband is also incurable but the oncologist has NEVER used the word terminal so when we were looking for insurance I said no .
I tried about 20 plus insurance companies . I went for Holiday Safe for a year as it was much the same for a single journey.
but also try insurance with as they were good too . It might be better phoning as you can tell them that you are iincurable for the past 7 years .
best wishes and let us know how you get on
Liz & OH xx
