Just had a new PSA test. Levels have seriously increased
4.6 to 20.7
waiting now for hospital appointment
worried why the huge increase

There are both benign and sinister reasons why you might get an increase in PSA. It would help us to help you if you could give a little more information such as was this a routine test or was it as a result of some concerns. Timescale between tests.
I was getting check for ED issues. It was just over year between tests, I have had mri which should inflammation below prostrate they did I biopsy and they said it was clear. I have been referred back to hospital for checks just waiting on a date
