Hi Eddie.
My husband has T1 and T2 weighted MRI'S.
Happy bedtime reading.
thanks Alwayshope its for a friend on LWIC forum, done a little research, don't like where it takes me , but we all know why we are on that forum take care
Eddie
Just a reminder that you can have the MRI without contrast if your friend has a problem with kidney function. My husband has been having regular 3 monthly MRI's to the upper and lower abdomen for over 3 years now without contrast and it has caused no issues with interpretation. All the best to your friend on LWIC.
Had a strange day Wednesday, at urology for a cystoscopy, bleeding, asked consultant to show bladder cancer on the screen he tells me i don't have bladder cancer, have seen pictures so have some idea what to look for, nothing on the bladder other than RT damage, has got me a scan for Saturday, my first since RT in April. Didn't know what to think walking back to car and somehow managed to get electrocuted, still in hospital and woke up in cardiology, strange day.
Eddie
they are having a brain scan. I hope it's not what i think it is, but no diagnosis yet and hopefully just precautionary
Eddie
Well, at least you can tick bladder cancer off the list which is good news.
How on earth did you get electrocuted (excuse the pun). What number visit is that? Take care.
Some maintenance work was going on a re-wiring job i was told and as i was using the metal handrail in the hospital that was that, hopefully off the list but there are 3 others being tested for.
Eddie
