Would anybody be able to point me in the direction of where I can get a Radar Key and Toilet Card please.

No Problem:
* Radar Key. - Amazon, just a couple of quid. (They are large you need a big pocket!!)
* Toilet Card. - The best place to get one is MacMillan's at your local hospital - They are quality plastic, like a bank card. Prostate Cancer UK do one by post - it's cardboard and mine didn't take well to being washed.
