You don't normally have steroids alongside enzalutamide - they are used in conjunction with abiraterone. Both Enzalutamide and Abiraterone are roughly equivallent hormone treatments in terms of outcomes but the advantage (as I see it) of Enzalutamide is not having to take steroids an hour before the abiraterone.
