I'm 2 years into the zolodex injections with another year to go.Does anyone else suffer from stiff legs hips and ankles.U seem to struggle getting up out of the chair these days.
I had three years of Prostap and also had stiff leg joints early on. I did a lot of yoga stretching and took Cod Liver Oil capsules both of which helped a lot. The best cure was gentle exercise.
It's now over 18 months since my last hormone injection and, at 75, I am walking a triple marathon (78.6 miles) in January to support Prostate Cancer UK (just passed 50 miles today), swimming a mile twice a week and rowing as often as the wind and tides allow.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery and today is a gift.
