Hi louli
If your on here your never alone, somebody at some time will talk to you, I can only reply to people who have or about to start the same treatment as me, it wears you down, but never giving up is half the battle.
I hope they sort out his chest infection, spinal pain can come and go, mine does, it’s always there, an epidural might help I’ve had two they do work.
Anyway enjoy Boxing Day and the new year, have a glass of your favourite I am it’s Christmas.
Stay safe

Hi Joe,
I just read your message to my lovely hubby here and we didn’t think you could have an epidural for it. So that’s very encouraging indeed!! Thank you.
His pain is horrendous requiring hospital admission last week but sent home on opiates. They do work but when he stands up it’s bad. When his bowels move its agony. We have a fast acting sub lingual tablet for these incidents and that’s been great.
i feel they just wanted him out of hospital as quickly as possible without being given the optimum dose of pain relief. Since home it’s been one increase of pain meds after an another.
Anyway we are getting through it but I will definitely be asking to see a pain specialist asap. It’s good to know we have other options. Thank you my friend.
Best always,,
Louli
Hi
I a few things to help me, first my wife bought me a back restraint, it works well, next I used Chinese wood lock oil, massaged in the pai ares, last I had acupuncture I did this for a number of months, again this helps, all these are not medications, so perfectly safe to use. You can find the back supports on eBay there’s some good ones there.
Stay safe
