I would imagine it means that the tumour size is unchanged or slight increase. You could ask for further details ie :Mri report which should show tumour size in mm, always handy to know. PSA is very low , what prompted the investigation as the PSA is normal?
As my PSA has been low all year and this was the second MRI from Diagnoses. The consulent said I should have this MRI. At that time he did not know the PSA had gone up one point. Next PSA in March we shell see what it is up to then.
