It looks like it's been a while since there was a dedicated topic on this, and it's becoming more common to have.
Being someone who has just booked in for it, I'd love to hear anyone's experience.
Foremost any stories of the incontinence and ED. Then any stories of favourable MRI, PSA and biopsy post nanoknife.
(3+3, small lesion at 5 o'clock, PSA 2.3, PSAD 0.06).
It was fine. Just updated my bio. Too early to say if successful, PSA test in a few months. Recovery has been quite straightforward so far. No incontinence issues but flow check next week with the consultant. ED, I feel it is still too early to know. NHS biopsy in Feb Gleason 3+3, fusion Biopsy October 3+4 with two lesions treated by the hifU 3 weeks ago. I mentioned 'On Focus' on spotify in my other posts, that was probably my main source of information for researching other treatments in the early days of diagnosis.
