Cramp

Hi All

I am currently 11 months after my last Prostap injection - after 2 years of 3 monthly jabs.

I get occasional cramp in my feet but recently I have been suffering from very painful cramps in my hamstrings.

Has anyone else suffered and if so did you work out a solution?

Yes, it happened to me too after three years of Prostap. Lots of yoga stretches helped.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery and today is a gift.
