PC in the liver

Sometimes it's a matter of if it has spread to the liver despite all the treatment options, then the side effects and discomfort would far outweigh any small benefit, sometimes pre-existing conditions, or the damage already done by the cancer means he'd not be able to manage it. Sometimes, like the lungs, any treatment would further damage the healthy tissue of the liver. - but it does all depend on where he's at, and what treatments he has already had.
