You've still got a lot of investigations to go before any decisions can be made on your treatment.
Once you get your TNM score, the options look a bit clearer.
Tumour, Nodes, Metastases: it's all about whether the cancer has spread or not, and if so, where and how much.
You'll be having some scans, and then there will be a multidisciplinary meeting where they all discuss the findings, then you will be given the options appropriate to your disease.
