Giving you the news via a phone call adds to the trauma of the results. I was given my news fac to face and I don't recall anything after the c word. I left in a complete daze. So much worse to have been told via a phone call.
I was told over the phone and they couldn't even use Covid as an excuse back then. Hope all goes well with the bone scan. What is your PSA at the moment? Let us know how things get on.
Sorry about your news but A phone call ! That is a bit naughty, I know covid and all that, but this is something that needs to be done face to face, the only good thing is their getting on with scans, hopefully some type of treatment to start, like hormone therapy.

Well just out of scanner and now a seven day wait for the multi disciplined team to tell me how things are! They say it stage 2 cancer but try and relax! What a ridiculous thing to say when you have to wait seven days when a digital image is immediately available! Sorry I’m ranting
