Hello everyone I hope everyone is doing ok. Is there any one taking daralutamide and having 3 monthly hormone injections that suffers sometimes from constipation. If so what do you do to help. Thank you
Hi Shar. Hubby also suffers from constipation on occasion thanks to the Prostap injection. First port of call is kiwi fruit (2 a day) and pineapple both of which encourage bowel movements. Next line of attack is Lactulose which is a stool softener. If that doesn't work then it is onto DulcoEase or Dulcolax. He doesn't often have to bring in the big guns with Senokot as a last resort.
I am not going to say anything about diet because I know you have that angle sorted.
