Sorry to be a pain but is anyone able to assist me. Of late, I have become a little down. I have just been on holiday in Dorset. I went the day after my injection. What a nightmare, fatigue bordering on exhaustion, hot sweats.
What really concerned me was not just a large bruise where I can received my injection but inexplicably a matching bruise five inches below it. I have also had mild stomach pain at night and an upset stomach for the last two days.
Is this likely to be the Z injection or could it even be a hangover from my RT.
I can’t really pass comment on Zoladex, but my husband had a 48 hour tummy upset after his last decapeptyl injection!
My husband has the Zoladex Injection and gets exactly the same bruises. Don’t worry they will disappear. Nothing to worry about but you will get them after every injection. My husband has the injection every 3 months.
Hi,
I've been on 3 monthly Zoladex injections for over three years now, and always have a numbing jab before the main Z jab. Tha bruising can be quite severe but always goes eventually although one time it took three weeks! I hope that gives you some reassurance. Best wishes.
