Just had the appointment we've both been waiting for.

Prof rang and we are both over the moon. PSA now less than  0.01 so classed as undetectable.

Tissue analysis showed cancer cells close to the margins, so the regular PSA tests all the more important. No further treatment unless level rises above 0.2, then radiotherapy will be needed. Next test in 4 months.

More good news, they didn't pinch the full nerve bundles, they managed to preserve some, so there's a chance of some regeneration.

Prof to refer him to ED clinic.

We are both so relieved and have no regrets about choosing surgery as it leaves the option of radiotherapy if the little devil's did escape.
