Hullo,
I'm 64 years old and have pancreatic cancer (head) I'm waiting for a date to start chemo.(2-3 weeks).
Any advice about exercise. I'm trying to walk 2 miles a day. And some body weight exercises as well as dumbbells. As I'm struggling to put weight on, I was wondering if I should walk less??!!
