Need help to cope with PC

Hello guys ,

2 days ago my boyfriend (31) turned yellow , I took him to the ER and they found two tumors in his pancreas they took a biopsy of both ( we are still waiting on results) , the doctor told me it’s cancer but they still have to wait for the pathology results. I am overwhelmed, sad and scared. Do you have any tips to help me cope with this situación?

I'm sorry to hear your news. The best advice I can give is to take one day at a time. In due course, the doctors will make a plan for the best way forward.

Hi Karito.

With my current ongoing experience of this I've learned there's going to be a rollercoaster of emotions so just let yourself feel them as and when they come. Remember to look after yourself too even if it means just an hour earlier to bed when it's been a long day. Stay away from Google and stay present in the moment. Take it day by day and let the doctors lead the way. Find strength in love.
