Had 2 biopsies and serum ca 125 blood tests a week ago have heard nothing

It‘s tough waiting for test results and it can be a very anxious time. It can take 2 weeks or more to get biopsy results as it will depend how busy the lab is where the testing is done. Normally blood test results come through a bit quicker, but aren’t usually sufficient for a diagnosis on their own as it’s the biopsies which will confirm or rule out cancer.
Usually all the results are looked at together and discussed to decide what the next steps will be so there may be a bit of waiting yet I’m afraid. I hope you’ll let the group know how you get on and there will be support here for you if you need it.
