Having had the debaulking and 6 chemo finishing in Dec 22 I have a recurrence in my lower pelvis rectal vagina area. Sadly not picked up by oncologist and I had to chase to get the discomfort I experienced investigated. CT didn’t pick it up but after an internal exam it was obvious. Now in constant aching pain. I am on Naraparib and sleeping is difficult. I find if I do a long stint of walking I start to feel sick. Yes breathless walking up stairs and low level tiredness. But this could also be due to recurrence. Any suggestions regarding pain relief??
Hi Georgina
your GP or Oncologist should be able to advise on the pain relief.
I have a Hernia after the surgery which gives me back and stomach pain while standing or walking. The only drug I take is Paracetamol or codeine phosphate or co-codamol but I have to avoid any constipation side effects.
hop this helps

I was on naraparib from Jan 22 till June 22, well I was off more than I was on it, it messed with my bloods big time, I had all the symptoms you're getting, I'm presuming you are getting regular blood tests, I had to have transfusions and was hospitalised a few times due the naraparib, I think you should talk to your consultant or specialist nurse.
Hope you get it sorted
