Hi everybody
This is my first visit to the site.
Had surgery for ovarian cancer in December 2021 and now on third cycle of chemo, but also recovering from Covid which made me very ill.
Have recently developed symptoms that may indicate that there is a recurrence of the cancer, Now waiting to see my oncology team for investigations. This has been quite a shock happening so soon and during treatment. Feeling depressed about this and worried about what treatment may be available.
I've been so impressed by the bravery of everyone on the site.

Hi.
I'm am going through exactly the same thing. Had surgery in December 2021. Started chemo 6th Jan. First one went well. But after that had kept having bad reations to every chemo drug I tried. So didn't get any chemo.for 8 weeks. Finally had my 3rd session last Friday even though it should have been my 5th. Couple of weeks ago started getting similar symptoms that I went to Dr's with in the first place. I'm thinking my mass has grown again. My oncology Dr has arranged a full body CT scan for April 20th. I'm terrified of what they are gonna find. It's horrible living like this. I'm trying to stay positive but not easy. So I know exactly what you are going through. I hope they get you sorted out soon.let me know how you get on.
