Hello! I am hoping to spend 5 days in France and have been quoted £500. I am having maintenance treatment for ovarian cancer diagnosed at stage 3c last April.
I wondered if anyone could recommend a good insurance company, who will be able to guide me through the process and perhaps come up with something more competitive.
thank you,
Kate
Hi KateH
It can be more difficult, and of course more expensive, to get travel insurance with cancer and/or ongoing treatment. I see you’ve joined our travel insurance group where there are lots of personal recommendations from others.
Have you had a chance to have a look through this thread here?

My own personal experience is that it’s better to call up and speak to someone rather than complete a form online as then you can be sure that you are answering all the questions and things are not left to chance.
Good luck with finding something suitable, and I hope you’ll be able to enjoy your trip.
Sarah xx
