I hope the Online Community may help with how you're feeling. I'm sure other members may respond soon to share their experiences around finding support groups, but in the meantime I just wanted to reach out to you to share some support options.

I've had a look on Macmillan's "In your area" page and I've found information about several support groups which you might want to take a look at:

• Brighter Outlook

We'd recommend contacting Macmillan's Support Line to find out more information about support groups. You can contact the Support Line 7 days a week, 8am - 8pm on freephone 0808 808 00 00, email or live webchat. They can help you to find support in your local area. They can also help you explore other options you may find helpful, such as Macmillan buddies.

I hope you'll find the Online Community helpful as a source of support. Please just keep in mind that our Community guidelines ask that no meet ups are personally organised between members on the Online Community for everyone's safety and online privacy.

Hi Rikl123 I have just joined this community and seen  your post. I have Stage 3 A OC and and I am on my second recurrence and just back on chemo Aug 23. At the Macmillan Horizon Centre at 2 Bristol Gate Brighton East Sussex. Myself and 2 other women have just started an Ovarian Cancer Support Group with the support of the centre. We have just had one set up meet and the first proper meeting is on Weds 16th Aug 23. Then on the third Wed of the month. You would be very welcome if you are able to come. Do hope this is of interest to you as we all need support during these challenging times. Hope to meet you at the centre. Sunflower.
