Hi everyone,
I'm Eliza from the Community team, I'm just posting here to share Sarah-Jane's story which we've featured on Community News.
Sarah-Jane was diagnosed with advanced ovarian cancer stage 3B and womb cancer stage 1B at the age of 42. Sarah-Jane created her video not only to share her own personal experiences. She also wanted to raise awareness of the importance of talking about and supporting people around intimacy as part of conversations around treatment and surgery.
You can watch Sarah-Jane's video and read her blog here.
I hope you might find Sarah-Jane's story helpful. If you have ideas for content you'd like to see on Community News or you're interested in being a guest blogger, please feel welcome to get in touch with us at community@macmillan.org.uk.
Best wishes,
Eliza
