Ca125 query

Hello lovelies, I just have a few questions. I'm actually very calm. So I've had ongoing problems down there for a while. A scan last year showed a damaged blood filled fallopian tube and endometriosis. This was treated but the left the tube. No idea why. Anyway I've still been having symptoms, extremely bloating, exhaust, pain in my left ovary. It basically feels like something is there it's hard to explain but almost like someone has there finger in my ovary and the pressure just stays there. My ca125 is only slightly raised to 47. The doctor seemed a bit concerned and has referred me for a urgent scan. I know it's only mildly raised. I had my laproscopy mid April and still have this ongoing uncomfortable feeling. My bowel habits are all over the place too. I put this all down to my age and perimenopause (I'm 46)  I just wondered if there was any other ladies that had a ca125 at this level and found out it was ovarian cancer. Also I wondered can the doctor miss ovarian cancer in a laproscopy? I'm ok and what will be will be I'm just asking out of curiosity. Thankyou xx
