just started chemo this week for ovarian cancer and only side effect so far is really painful feet. Am unable to sleep. its really distracting. any ideas?
I am on my 4th round and my feet and hands are sore look suntanned tingling fingers and toes sorry not much help as I have no idea but I try sleeping with feet out of bedding and on a pillow with soft pillowslip on sending healing hugs
Bought cooling slippers from Amazon .keep in freezer and use often. Wear them when having chemotherapy.Are really good for cooling down hot feet also got mittens but hands are ok so far. Lots of moisturiser.
